How Do We Manufacture Your 3K Twill Carbon Fiber Sheet?

Our manufacturing workflow begins by sourcing certified 3K carbon fiber tow from qualified mills. Specifically, we weave this tow into 2/2 fabric and impregnate it with controlled epoxy resin to form pre-preg sheets. Afterwards, technicians stack these layers and cure them inside heated platen presses at 130°C. For large formats up to 3m×8m, we utilize our oversized press. Finally, every sheet undergoes rigorous thickness and surface inspections before dispatch.
