Our thin wall carbon fiber tubes are manufactured using high-quality unidirectional carbon fiber prepreg wrapped around a precision mandrel. During the roll-wrapping process, the carbon fiber prepreg is carefully applied and compacted by specialized wrapping equipment to achieve a controlled laminate structure, consistent wall thickness, and excellent dimensional accuracy.

The fiber orientation and number of layers can be customized according to the mechanical requirements of the application. By combining longitudinally oriented carbon fibers with carefully engineered reinforcement layers, these tubes can achieve an excellent balance of high strength, stiffness, low weight, and structural stability.

After the wrapping process, the tubes undergo high-temperature curing to fully consolidate the carbon fiber and resin system. The cured tubes are then subjected to multiple stages of precision grinding and surface finishing, producing a smooth, uniform, and refined exterior surface. This controlled manufacturing process allows us to produce highly specific carbon fiber tubing with tight dimensional requirements and application-specific performance characteristics.

The outer surface features a distinctive 3K carbon fiber woven fabric, creating the classic carbon fiber appearance that is widely preferred for high-performance and premium applications. The visible weave provides a clean, attractive, and professional finish, making these tubes suitable for applications where both mechanical performance and appearance are important.

Raw Material

Our wrapped carbon fiber tubes are manufactured by wrapping unidirectional carbon fiber prepreg fabrics around a mandrel, These tubes are made of 100% real carbon fiber materials which are imported from Japan Toray company, they are the most common grade of carbon fiber used for our carbon fiber tubing. This standard modulus offers excellent strength and stiffness.

All our round carbon fiber tubes have been engineered to be much stronger under torsional and side loading than pultruded carbon fiber tubes. The surface is 3K carbon fiber weave fabric, available be twill gloss and twill matte, plain gloss and plain matte. These tubes show the texture of the carbon fiber with a beautiful and shiny appearance.

• Thickness: 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm.
• Standard length: 1000mm.
