CFRP Square Carbon Fiber Tube 7/16″ ID x 1/2″ OD 36″ Length
This 7/16″ x 1/2″ square carbon fiber tubing is fabricated with multiple layers of high strength unidirectional carbon fiber prepreg and has a 3K 2×2 twill fabric on the exterior.
Designed For: Bending applications
Fiber Orientation: Mostly 0° plies (axial) with some 90° plies (hoop)
These square tubes are characterised by exact inner and outer diameters. The square tubes are made of carbon fibres and epoxy resin. The surface shows a beautiful carbon visual structure. The carbon fibres are arranged at different angles, which gives the tube high stiffness and strength with minimal weight. The bending strength of these pipes is several times higher than that of metal pipes.
These carbon fibre tubes can be customized for you (cut to length, drilled, CNC milled, etc.)
Pultruded carbon fibre box section manufactured using high-strength carbon fibre and an epoxy resin matrix for maximum performance. Suitable for a wide range of applications including R/C modeling, engineering, automation, UAVs, marine and more.
