Chemically Resistant High-Strength 100% 3K Carbon Fiber Panel - Low Thermal Expansion
The carbon sheets/panels are laminated with high-strength carbon fibers and epoxy resin. The top layer has an attractive carbon look. The carbon sheets have optimal strength and stiffness, due to the placement direction of the fibers. The carbon material is chemically resistant, exceptionally dimensionally stable, and nearly insensitive to shrinkage or expansion.
Carbon fiber sheet is manufactured by carbon fiber in which carbon fabric is saturated or infused with epoxy resins and heated at high temperatures. Shaped pieces are made by layering several pieces of fabric over a mold, saturating them with resin, and heating them until the resin has infused through all layers.

What is the difference between sheets of carbon fiber and a carbon fiber plate?
Both terms can apply to carbon fiber. The term "sheet" implies a thin light material like a sheet of paper, whereas "plate" implies a heavy thick material like a 3/4-inch steel plate. We feel that the word "sheet" is more appropriate for carbon fiber because carbon fiber is typically lightweight and is typically used in thin sections due to its tremendous strength.
