Our carbon fiber and other composite fiber tubes are suitable for many different applications. Most diameters are now a standard product for us from a few mm up to larger ones.
All our tubes are made starting from an inner calibrated core equivalent to the inner diameter, on that we place all the other layers of fiber to achieve the desired thickness of the composite tube. On the basis of the constituent materials and their disposal, we have classified the tubes into different classes (series) to better meet all the needs of each application.
Roll-wrapped conical carbon fibre tubes with a smooth surface finish of 3k carbon fabric prepreg in plain weave, clear-coated glossy. Subjacent layers from unidirectional non-crimp fabric. High-quality epoxy resin matrix.
Enhanced Composites carbon fibre roll wrap tube uses high strength unidirectional carbon fibre running length-ways down the tube for stiffness and at 90° around the tube to provide hoop strength and resilience to crushing, burst and torsional loads. In addition to this high-strength uni core, our tubes are finished with a classic final layer of 2×2 twill weave carbon fibre and UV stable clear high gloss finish. The end result is a carbon fibre tube ideally suited for use in applications where it will be seen.
