The Tube will be made by Filament Winding Process using T300 ( 6K ) fiber. 3) The final Fiber Volume Fraction will be 65-70% minimum. 4) The Resin used for winding should have Tg. of 100 deg.cent. 5) The winding angles are 4 layers of Hoop +/- 88 degrees and 2 Layers of Helical +/- 10 degrees. 6) Dimensional Tolerance on ID is +/- 20 microns. 7) The Tube has to be a Balanced tube , wherein the Balancing Grade is G1. 8) The final Balanced Tube should have only 1 gram of UNBALANCED MASS ON EACH END OF THE TUBE. ( IMPORTANT). 9) No Machining of final Tube. 10) The tubes to be cured in Autoclave under Pressure and Vaccum. 11) The Tubes are to be ROTATED continuously while Curing so that the Resin is evenly distributed. 12) The Balancing to be done at 1000 to 2000 RPM . The Balancing to be done using Dummy Ends.
