High Grade Flexural Strenght Wrapped Prepreg Carbon Fibre Tube 18.0x16.0 x 1000 mm CFRP
High-grade wrapped Carbon Fibre Tubes produced from Prepregs. Inner layers are unidirectional (0/+/-45°/90°) and outside 3K-fabric layers. Smooth surface sealed with clear Topcoat. Leight weight, excellent tensile strength, pressure resistance, and flexural strength.
LIJIN premium quality carbon fibre tubes are manufactured using 100% high-strength carbon fibre reinforcement and epoxy resin with a smooth, glossy, cosmetic quality carbon fibre finish on both sides. It is suitable for a huge range of structural and cosmetic applications within motorsport, marine, shopfitting, exhibitions, automation, medical, scientific, and many more.
Carbon fibre tube manufactured using 3k Twill weave style of Carbon Fibre Cloth Fabric. Twill weave carbon fibre fabric is the most commonly used type of carbon cloth, having the distinctive diagonal pattern of 2/2 twill. Plain weave is woven over-one-under-one leaving it with a simple grid pattern appearance.
Roll-wrapped prepreg carbon fiber tubes are constructed using multiple wraps of twill and plain/or unidirectional fabrics. Rolled tubes are ideal for applications that require the highest bending stiffness and lowest weight, such as automation robotics, telescoping poles, metal detectors, and UAV components.

The carbon fiber material we use is resin-impregnated woven cloth that is commonly referred to as “pre-preg.” It is made with high-quality carbon fibers combined with space industry-defined resin systems.
